Obituary
MANTUA
Alexander R. Ferrell, 15 years of age, passed away Thursday May 17, 2018. Alex was born in Akron, Ohio on July 22, 2002, the son of James and Kendra (Holcomb) Ferrell. A lifetime resident of the Mantua-Shalersville areas, he was presently a 9th. Grade student at Crestwood High School. Alex loved being with his friends, and his unique personality included the ability to make everyone laugh. “I Look Fabulous” was his special saying. Cherished memories of Alex will be of a loving, caring, and sometimes stubborn young man who was loved by his family, just as much as he loved all of them. He enjoyed all types of music…No Country! Alex is survived by his mother Kendra (Joseph Arotin) Holcomb, siblings Anthony Kowalski and Kimberly Ferrell all of Mantua; his father James Ferrell and brother Zackery Ferrell both of Florida; his grandfather Kevin Holcomb of Barberton; and many other loving family and friends. Calling hours will be Wednesday May 23, 2018 from 6:00 P.M.-8:00 P.M. with a brief service to begin at 8:00 P.M. with Pastor Chad Delaney officiating at the Green Family Funeral Home & Crematory Service, 4668 Pioneer Trail at the corner of St.Rt. 44, Mantua, Ohio 44255.
