Alice Dekome's Obituary
MANTUA Alice Dekome, 88 years of age, passed away Thursday March 12, 2015 at The Woodlands at Robinson in Ravenna, Ohio. Born in Cleveland, Ohio December 17, 1926, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Anna (Finger) Koliha. Mrs. Dekome was a homemaker, and had been a Mantua area resident the past 54 years. She also had been employed at Bossow Construction in Garrettsville for several years in the office. A member of Christ Lutheran Church in Mantua, she was a former member of the Monday Night Ladies Bowling League in Garrettsville, and enjoyed reading and watching old movies. Survivors include her sons Kurt (Janna) Dekome of Mantua, Karl (Shanda) Dekome of Hayden, Idaho and Kent Dekome of Houston, Texas, and her grandchildren Erik and Alan. Preceding her in death was her husband Ernest A. Dekome on November 16, 2013. No calling hours. Graveside funeral services will be held Tuesday March 17, 2015, 10:00 A.M. at Westlawn Cemetery in Mantua Township, Ohio with Pastor Robert Henderson of Lord of Life Lutheran Church officiating. Arrangements are by the Green Family Funeral Home & Crematory Service in Mantua.
