Burlingame,became Our Gift to God on Saturday March 12, 2016 in the loving arms of her parents at University Hospital-Portage Medical Center in Ravenna, Ohio.Amy was God's Gift to Us on April 2, 1989 in Beaver, Pennsylvania, the precious baby girl of Rick and Penny (Smith) Burlingame. Until Amy returns in the arms of her parents, her "Pap" will gently hold her, knowing that heaven welcomed home an angel the night of her passing.A resident of the Hattie Larlham Center, memories of Amy will forever include her beautiful smile, the love she had for music, and the family visits with this happy little girl. Throughout the years, her grandparents Janet and Tom (Pap) Smith's love for Amy, and the support and love they gave to her parents will never be forgotten, as well as the prayers that her grandparents Bob and Joan Burlingame always had for her. The love and joy that she gave to each person who came to know Amy, is only equaled by that which everyone gave back to her. Amy is survived by her devoted parents Rick and Penny (Smith) Burlingame and her loving grandmother Janet Smith all of Youngstown, Ohio; her dear brother Kevin Carr of Ashland, Kentucky; grandparents Bob and Joan Burlingame of East Liverpool, Ohio; many cherished aunts, uncles and other family members, and her beloved family at Hattie's whose care and constant love for Amy has been and will always be appreciated by her family. She was preceded in death by her loving grandfather Tom Smith. No calling hours or services. Arrangements are by the Green Family Funeral Home & Crematory Service in Mantua, Ohio.
