AURORA
Anna V. Nagy, 105 years of age, became Our Gift to God on Tuesday August 13, 2019 in Aurora, Ohio. Mrs. Nagy was God’s Gift to Us on July 24, 1914 in Herminie, Pennsylvania, the daughter of the late John and Anna (Radokovics) Marlovits. Known by all as “Gramma Annie”, she lived most of her life in Munhall, Pennsylvania, moving to Aurora in 2006. She was a longtime member of St. Maximilian Catholic Church in Homestead, Pennsylvania, presently being a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church in Aurora. “ Gramma Annie” enjoyed crocheting, knitting, playing cards, and her family will always remember her cooking and baking skills that were second to none. Her love for family will only be equaled by their love for her…she will truly be missed! Survivors include her devoted children John “Jack” (Stacey) Nagy of Houston, Texas and Christine (husband Walter deceased) Stiffer of Mentor, Ohio; her dear sister Helen Felice of Sebring, Ohio, and her 4 loving grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great-grandchildren. Preceding in death was her beloved husband John on September 18, 2008, and 4 brothers and 2 sisters. Mass of Christian Burial will be Monday August 19, 2019, 11:00 A.M. at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, 342 South Chillicothe Road, Aurora, Ohio 44202 with Rev. Edward Stafford officiating. Family and friends are invited for visitation on Monday from 10:00 A.M. until the time of mass at the church. Final resting place will take place Monday at 3:00 P.M. at Jefferson Memorial Cemetery, 401 Curry Hollow Road, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15235. Arrangements are by the Green Family Funeral Home & Crematory Service in Mantua, Ohio where condolences and memories may be viewed at www.greenfamilyfuneralhome.com.
