Annie Meihls' Obituary
MANTUA Annie Meihls On Monday July 6, 2015, Heaven received one more beautiful angel named Annie. Annie was God's Gift to Us on April 4, 1947 in Garrettsville, Ohio, the daughter of the late Stacey and Pearl (Belknap) Wilson. A lifetime area resident, Annie was employed at Euclid Garment in Kent, retiring after 39 years of service in 2012. A great friend, loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, and a wonderful wife, Annie will always be remembered for her feisty attitude and caring touch. She enjoyed quilting blankets, cooking and baking, and was an expert at spoiling her grandkids. On May 20, 1995, she married Scott A. Meihls who survives at their home. Also surviving are her daughters Tina (Randy) Colage of Rootstown, Toni (Adam) Peters of Garrettsville, her siblings Louella Fedor, David Joe (Sue) Wilson, John Wilson and Melvin Wilson all of Mantua and Gary Wilson of Garrettsville. 5 loving grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren also survive. No calling hours. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service is planned for a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to her family. Arrangements are by the Green Family Funeral Home & Crematory Service in Mantua.
