Arlene R. Finley, 98 years of age, passed away Wednesday, January 5, 2022 at Ravenna, Ohio. Born at the family farm in Mantua Township, Ohio on August 13, 1923, she was the daughter of the late William F. and Ruby L. (Boone) Turner. A lifetime Mantua resident, she had owned and operated the Village Kitchen in Twinsburg for several years, owned the Custard Stand in Aurora, and had been employed at Stouffers in Solon where she then retired in 1991. She was an active member of the Historical Society at Mantua Center, and always enjoyed sitting outside with her sisters observing the day to day local activities. She was preceded in death by her sisters, Lois Hopkins, Ila Powell, and brother Dale Turner. Arlene is survived by her nieces, Linda Zoller, Cathy Humr, Marcia Fear, Bernice Usher, Vivian Fischer, and nephew Glenn Turner, and their families. No calling hours. Arlene is being laid to rest at Westlawn Cemetery, Mantua Township with her other family members.
