Barbara Jean Timmons' Obituary
AUBURN TWP. Barbara Jean (Hein) Timmons, 58 years of age of Auburn Township, went to walk with the angels on Tuesday June 28, 2011 surrounded by her loving family. Barbara was born on April 10, 1953 in Cleveland, Ohio the daughter of William and Irene (Frost) Hein. She was a 1971 graduate of Kenston High School, and was a bus driver for Kenston Local School District for over 25 years. She was one of the founding members of the Auburn Twp. EMTs. Barbara was a 4-H advisor for sewing and was the Junior Leaders state square dance caller in 1969 & 1970.She loved playing mandolin and violin with the Maple Town Tuners, and also enjoyed quilting, sewing and baking for family, friends and members of the community. Barbara cherished moments spent with her husband, sons, daughters in law, family and especially her grandchildren. On April 15, 1972, she married her loving husband of 39 years William C. Timmons who survives at their home. Also surviving are her sons Jeremy ( Ana ) of Chesterland, Joshua ( Dusty ) of Auburn Twp., and Benjamin (Rebecca) of Aurora; grandchildren Raegan and Jaxsen of Chesterland, Cooper, Payton and Parker of Auburn Twp., and Carley of Aurora; her parents William and Irene Hein of Bainbridge, sister Sharon (William ) O'Donnell of Auburn Twp., brothers William ( Linda ) Hein of Auburn Twp. And Randy (Diane) Hein of Long Valley, New Jersey, as well as many loving nieces and nephews. No calling hours. A Memorial Service will be held Sunday July 10, 2011 5:00 P.M. in the Auditorium at Kenston High School, 9500 Bainbridge Rd. Chagrin Falls, Ohio. Family and friends are invited to a time of fellowship at the school immediately following her service. In lieu of flowers, please consider memorials in her name to the Auburn Volunteer Fire Department Rescue, the Auburn Community Church or the Bainbridge Community Church. Barbara is being laid to rest at Shadyside Cemetery in Auburn Twp. at a private family service. Arrangements are by the Green Family Funeral Home & Crematory Service in Mantua.
