Betty Jane Miller's Obituary
MANTUA Betty Jane Miller, 76 years of age, passed away Sunday May 8, 2011 at Geauga Regional Medical Center-UHS in Claridon Township, Ohio following an extended illness. Born on May 14, 1934 in Little Glade, West Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Elvern and Ethel (Collins) Hinkle. Formerly of Chesterland, she had been a resident of the Mantua area the past 25 years, where she had been the owner-operator of the Old Country Inn. Betty enjoyed going to flea markets, antique stores, flowers and going out to eat. Survivors include her children Mark (Eva) Miller of Linesville, Pennsylvania, James Miller of Mantua and Twyla Miller of Chesterland, her siblings James Hinkle, Jan (Don) Burgess, Kathy Cobb, Joy (Richard) Bean and Mona Beth Clay all of West Virginia, Linda (Larry) Mills of Northfield and Ella Mae Dukes of Pennsylvania, her granddaughter Michele and great-granddaughter Destiny and her loving 4 legged child "Lucky". She was preceded in death by one brother Vernon Hinkle. Calling hours will be Thursday from 5:00 P.M.-7:00 P.M. at the Green Family Funeral Home & Crematory Service in Mantua. Funeral services will be Friday May 13, 2011 1:00 P.M. at the Chapel of Brownwood Cemetery in North Bloomfield, Ohio.
