STREETSBORO
Bruce M. Varga, 68 years of age, passed away Monday January 20, 2020. Born in Cleveland, Ohio on December 17, 1951, he was the son of the late Joseph and Dorothy (Porach) Varga, Jr. He was a graduate of Streetsboro High School in 1970, following which he earned his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Kent State University. He had been employed as a Die Maker in Chrysler Corporation, Twinsburg, Ohio retiring in 2004 after 34 years of employment. Bruce was a lifelong member of the UAW, Local 122. On May 14, 1971, Bruce married Sandra (McCoy) Varga who preceded him in death on July 20, 2010. He is survived by his children Daniel (Brandy) Varga of Hiram, Kathleen (Dan Rodriques, Jr.) Ashworth of Canton and Eric Varga of Tennessee; his siblings David (Meg) Varga and James Varga both of Michigan, and Joseph and Michael Varga both of Streetsboro. His grandchildren Zachary, Madison, Brittany and Noah, and great-grandchildren Kasandra and Adalynne also survive. Cremation has taken place. Memorial visitation will be held Saturday January 25, 2020 at the Green Family Funeral Home & Crematory Service, 4668 Pioneer Trail at the corner of St. Rt. 44, Mantua, Ohio 44255 from 2:00 P.M.- 4:00 P.M.
