Burt E. Pelsue's Obituary
GARRETTSVILLE Burton "Burt" E. Pelsue, 45 years of age of Beechgrove, Tennessee, passed away Monday October 5, 2009 at his residence. Burt was born on December 4, 1963 in Warren, Ohio, the son of Earl D. and Ruth (Sloan) Pelsue. A graduate of the James A. Garfield School System in 1981, he then attended and graduated from the Ohio Diesel College in Cleveland, Ohio. A resident of Tennessee the past 25 years, Burt had been an Automotive Technology Instructor at the Tennessee Technology Center in Murfreesboro for 6 years. Burt enjoyed the outdoors and hunting on his farm, and will always be remembered for his willingness to help any of his friends, former students and family in whatever manner he could. Survivors include his mother and step-father Ruth and Charles Rezabek of Garrettsville, Ohio; brothers Gary (Debbie) Rezabek of Warren, Ohio and Charlie Pelsue of Nelson Township, Ohio; sisters Jane (Pat) Kennedy of Espyville, Pennsylvania, Denise (Lee) Cook of Bristolville, Ohio, Brenda (Jim) Staker of North Canton, Ohio and Cindy (Kenny) Hughes of Diamond, Ohio, as well as many other loving family and friends in Ohio and Tennessee. He was preceded in death by his father Earl "Buck" Pelsue in 1978 and his brothers Mack Pelsue in 1998 and Steven Rezabek in 2006. Funeral services for Burt will be Saturday October 17, 2009 at 2:00 P.M. at the Green Family Funeral Home & Crematory Service in Mantua, Ohio with Pastor Rob Henderson of Lord of Life Lutheran Church officiating. Visitation will be Saturday from 1:00 P.M. until the time of the funeral. Burt will be laid to rest at Park Cemetery in Garrettsville, Ohio.
