Memorial service Saturday August 18,2012, 1:00 P.M. at the Hattie Larlham Center, 9772 Diagonal Rd., Mantua, Ohio 44255.In lieu of flowers, donations to the Physical Therapy Department of the Center are suggested. Arrangements are by the Green Family Funeral Home & Crematory Service Mantua ,Ohio.
