YOUNGSTOWN
Christopher D. Papon, 53 years of age, passed away Wednesday February 17, 2021. Born in New York, New York on July 10, 1967, he was the son of the late Robert and Diana (Dowd) Papon. A recent Youngstown resident, his life time work required that he reside in various states. He was a graduate of Ocean Township High School in 1985, Ocean, NJ. Christopher had been employed in the radio media profession, that included being the Morning Drive Personality for WNIR Akron, Ohio. Christopher loved music, playing his guitar, and totally will be remembered for his love of life. He is survived by his loving companion Sara Stebner and his son Ben Papon, both of Mantua; brother Brent Papon of Akron, and sister Tara (Jeff) Jacobson, of Vermont, and numerous friends. No calling hours or services. Cremation has been held, and final resting place will be in Colorado.
