Clive C. Morton's Obituary
AURORA Clive C. Morton, 82 years of age, passed away Thursday August 23,2012 at Cleveland Clinic, Twinsburg, Ohio Medical Center. Born in Birmingham, England on December 8, 1929, he was the son of the late Charles and Ivy (Weston) Morton. Formerly of Solon, Ohio, he had been a resident of Aurora since 1980.Mr. Morton had been employed as a tool & die maker at Chrysler Corporation, Twinsburg Stamping Plant, following which he was a data processing manager at Noranda Aluminum Company in Bedford, Ohio , retiring in 1991. An avid golfer, Mr. Morton also had the skills to build the residence that he and his wife presently reside in. In his spare time, he found great pleasure also playing table tennis with his grandchildren. He was a member of 1st. Church of Christ Scientist in Hudson, Ohio. On September 5, 1980, he married Patricia A. "Pat" (Boyd) Morton who survives at their home. Also surviving are his children Donald W. (Celeste) Baker, Jr. of Broadview Hts., Ohio, Christopher W. (Carolyn) Baker of Winchester, Virginia, Andrew T. (Terri) Baker of Brimfield, Ohio, Natalie (Jeff) Robinson of Houston, Texas and Pamela (Juan) Vazquez of Wayzeta, Minnesota and his 7 loving grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his brother Don and sister Patricia. Calling hours will be Sunday August 26, 2012 from 4:00 P.M.-6:00 P.M. at the Green Family Funeral Home & Crematory Service, State Route 44 at the corner of Pioneer Trail (S.of Route 422) Mantua, where his funeral service will begin at 6:00 P.M. Following cremation, he will be laid to rest at Aurora City Cemetery, Aurora, Ohio.
