Dan was my candy salesman at Variety Mart in Garrettsville. I really enjoyed his visits and his big smile. He was a very kind and gentle man. I liked it especially when he introduced me to new candies!! I fondly remember him bringing me Lindt Lindor Truffles. Uncle Danny as we called him will be truly missed. We really had good times when we were roofing on the weekends to make some extra money. It was more fun than work when Dan was there. On one job Dan made Mike & me get off the roof, unbeknownst to us we had a bad case of sun/heat stroke. Dan was so kind hearted & such a generous man. May he finally rest in peace!
