Diane M. Sparacio, 67 years of age, passed away Sunday May 17, 2020. Born in Ravenna, Ohio on December 22, 1952, she was the daughter of the late Van and Norma (Carroll) Simpson. Diane grew up in Hiram, resided in the Cleveland area, following which she returned to her home town area. She was a 1971 graduate of Crestwood High School, and a former longtime member of His Ministry in Aurora. She had been employed at TRW in shipping and handling, then at Argo-Tech in the same capacity. She was talented at sewing, cooking, baking, was an avid reader, enjoyed classic movies and the arts. Diane was a motorcycle and muscle car enthusiast. Survivors include her children Sean (Krista) Sparacio of Greenville, S.C. and Anna (Zach) Smith of Columbia Station; her siblings Van (Patty) Simpson of Wooster, Ohio, Mark (Sandy) Simpson of Garretttsville, and Vicki (Gil) Krohn of Mantua. 5 grandchildren and her longtime caring friends Jeff Koptis and Jimmy Sommers of Boardman also survive. No calling hours or services. Cremation has been held.
