Eleanor Platt's Obituary
Eleanor Platt passed away peacefully on March 29, 2026, at the age of 74.
Eleanor was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister, and friend who will be remembered by all that knew her. She found her greatest joy traveling and spending time with her loved ones.
She is survived by her two sons, Mark (Dawn) McLendon and Matt (Joy) McLendon. She was a proud and loving grandmother to Connor, Carter, Quinn, Hunter, Alaina, Tim, and Jake, who brought immense happiness to her life. Eleanor is also survived by her brother, Donnie (Nancy) Taladino.
She is now reunited in eternal peace with her beloved husband, Larry Platt, as well as her brothers who preceded her in death.
A private family service will be held at Green Funeral Care in Mantua. Eleanor will be laid to rest at Grandview Memorial Park in Ravenna, Ohio.
Eleanor’s legacy will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
