Elizabeth Lorraine Fulton's Obituary
RAVENNAElizabeth Lorraine Fulton 81 years of age, a longtime resident of Portage and Trumbull counties, passed away Tuesday, March 31, 2009 at Robinson Memorial Hospital in Ravenna. Mrs. Fulton was born on June 7, 1927 in Junior, West Virginia the daughter of the late George and Mabel (Calain) Hymes. While living in West Virginia for many years, she also resided in Ohio and was a member of the Dames of Malta in Warren, Ohio. She was a member of the United Methodist Church in Junior, West Virginia and the Order of Eastern Star, Pythians and VFW. W. Axillary in Junior. Mrs. Fulton enjoyed crocheting, camping, fishing, hunting and was an avid bingo player. On January 5, 1946 she married William "Bill" Fulton who preceded her in death in 1999. Also preceding her in death was her granddaughter Rachael Johnson in 1991. Survivors include her daughter June (Larry) Johnson of Raven, her son George "Fred" (Karen) Fulton of Springfield, Ohio and sister Mildred Heatherly of Bristolville, Ohio, Betty Carpenter of Champion, Ohio and Dorothy Johnson of North Carolina. 4 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren also survive. Calling hours will be Saturday from 4:00P.M.-7:00 P.M. at the Schoonover-Stemple Funeral Home in Belington, West Virginia. Funeral services will be Sunday, April 5, 2009 at 2:00 P.M. at the United Methodist Church in Junior, West Virginia where friends may call one hour prior to the services also. Mrs. Fulton will be laid to rest at the K of P Mountain View Cemetery in Junior. Arrangements by the Green Family Funeral Home and Crematory Service in Mantua
