Ellen L. Mace's Obituary
FREEDOM TWP.- GARRETTSVILLE Ellen Louise Mace, 91 years of age, passed away Tuesday March 7, 2017 in Ravenna, Ohio. Born in Freedom Township on February 16, 1926, she was the daughter of the late George and Thelma (Conrad) Fuller. Ellen was a lifetime Freedom and Garrettsville area resident, and had been employed as a machine operator at Mantaline for several years. She enjoyed playing the organ and harmonica and all types of music. Those who knew Ellen, will always remember the love she had for her cats, as they brought many hours of enjoyment into her life. On October 16, 1976, she married Donald Mace who preceded her in death in 1993. Also preceding her were two sisters Grace Maynard and Mary Wilson. Ellen is survived by her nieces Nancy Raskov of Cortland, Jacqueline Thomas of Columbus, Ohio, Susan Rush of Illinois and Barbara Witte of Novelty, Ohio; nephews Jim Wilson of Leavittsburg, Ohio, Raymond Maynard of Newton Falls and Jeffrey Maynard of Wilmington, Ohio, 5 great nieces, 5 great nephews, 8 great-great-nieces and 6 great-great-nephews, as well as many other loving family and friends. Funeral services for Mrs. Mace will be Friday March 10, 2017, 12:30 P.M. at the Green Family Funeral Home & Crematory Service, 4668 Pioneer Trail at the corner of St. Rt. 44, Mantua, Ohio 44255, where visitation will be held from 11:30 A.M. until service time.
