Gail A. Gilson's Obituary
GARRETTSVILLE Gail A. Gilson, 71 years of age, passed away Wednesday May 31, 2017 at her residence. Born in Alliance, Ohio on January 22, 1946, she was the daughter of the late Beryl and Betty (Geho) Crow. A resident of the Garrettsville-Nelson area the past 40 years, Gail had been employed at Nolan?s Golden Dawn in Garrettsville for 13 years, then at Mario?s Pizza in Garrettsville. She also operated her own cleaning business from 1995-2005. Gail enjoyed cooking for people, canning, crocheting, camping and the times she spent with her family who loved her, just as much as she cherished all of them. She also was a ?Big Time? Country Western music fan, as she enjoyed many types of music. On June 4, 1977, she married her beloved husband Mickey A. Gilson who survives at their home. Also surviving are her devoted children Robert Dorsey of Littleton, West Virginia, Betty (Chuck) Cue, of Burton, West Virginia, Gail (David) Spencer of Garrettsville and Tawny (Bill) Criblez of Mantua; dear brothers Tom (Joann) Crow of Tennessee and Beryl (Deb) Crow of Garrettsville, as well as 12 loving grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be Friday from 6:00 P.M.-8:00 P.M. at the Green Family Funeral Home & Crematory Service, 4668 Pioneer Trail at the corner of St.Rt. 44, Mantua, Ohio 44255, where her funeral service will be held Saturday June 3, 2017 at 11:00 A.M. Officiating will be Pastor Kathy Thomas of the Windham United Methodist Church. Final resting place will follow at Harrington Cemetery, Nelson Township, Ohio where honored to serve as pallbearers will be Jason Cue, Dustin Kraft, Devin Kurtzman, Rob Dorsey, David Spencer, Jay Spencer, Billy Criblez and Travis Criblez.
