Gail McClendon, age 76, passed away peacefully on June 4, 2026.
Gail was the beloved wife of the late Patrick McClendon. She was the loving mother of Jessica McClendon, Jeffrey Shelton, and Jennifer Shelton, and the dear sister of Barbara Albaneze and Craig Blake.
Gail found joy in life's simple pleasures. She loved spending time at the beach with a cold beer in hand, shopping, and collecting trinkets that brought a smile to her face. Her greatest happiness came from opening her home to family and friends. She loved hosting parties and get-togethers, and no matter who walked through her door, Gail had a special way of making everyone feel welcome, comfortable, and right at home.
She will be remembered for her warm heart, caring nature, and the love she shared so freely with those around her. Gail leaves behind many family members and friends who will cherish her memory and hold her close in their hearts for years to come.
All services will be held privately.
