George E. Studer's Obituary
AURORA George E. Studer, 76 years of age, passed away Tuesday May 14, 2013 at his residence. George was born in Solon, Ohio on June 15, 1936, the son of the late Carl and Viola (McNiece) Studer. A 1954 graduate of Kenston High School, he had been a resident of Aurora since 1970, where he was well known as the owner of Associates Realty in Aurora for over 30 years. He had served in the Army in the National Guard. Amish Auctions , collecting restored tractors and farming for many years were times he enjoyed, yet his family will always cherish the memories of family vacations, and later the "Field Trips" with his children and grandchildren which truly were what made George the man they came to love so much. On February 14, 1958, he married Ruth (Kohler) Studer who survives at their home. Also surviving are his children Tony (Mona) Studer of Austin, Texas, Mark Studer and Adrion (Michelle) Studer both of Aurora and Cindy (Jim) Federan of the City of Green, his siblings Howard (Lucy) Studer of Mayfield Hts., Ralph (Sharon) Studer of Cleveland and Margaret Stanley of Bath, as well as his grandchildren Gerald, Jessi, Ryan, Emily and Matt. Calling hours will be Thursday from 6:00 P.M.-8:00 P.M. at the Green Family Funeral Home & Crematory Service, St.Rt. 44 at the corner of 4668 Pioneer Trail, Mantua, and on Friday May 17, 2013 from 10:00 A.M. until the time of his funeral service at 11:00 A.M. George will then be laid to rest at Aurora City Cemetery.
