Jacob Cooley's Obituary
Jacob “Jake” Cooley, age 38 of Ravenna, passed away Saturday, February 3, 2023.
As a young man, Jake helped out on his family’s dairy farm. He was a graduate of Crestwood High School and spent his career in roofing, construction and landscaping. Jake was an avid Browns and Guardians fan and he enjoyed fishing, riding dirt bikes and four wheelers, and shooting pool.
Jake is survived by his parents, Dale (Linda) Cooley of Shalersville and Kim (Dave) Rooney of Jamestown, PA; a brother Zachary (Ymisia) Cooley of Mantua; grandparents, Dale B. & Joan Cooley of Shalersville, and Norman Placek (the late Marlene) of Mantua. He also leaves behind many aunts, uncle, cousins and friends.
Cremation has taken place.
Friends may call for visitation at Green Funeral Care, 4668 Pioneer Trail, (at the corner of St. Rt. 44), Mantua, Friday February 16, 2024 from 4-6 p.m. with a Memorial Service to begin at 5:30 p.m.
