James Satterlee's Obituary
GARRETTSVILLEJames Satterlee, 63 years of age, passed away Tuesday July 30, 2013 at Longmeadow Care Center in Ravenna, Ohio.
Born in Nelson Township, Ohio on June 23, 1950, he was the son of the late Chester and Kathryn (Satterlee) Everman. Jimmy was a lifetime Garrettsville area resident. He had a love for tractors and farming, enjoyed going to tractor pulls, watching wrestling on TV, drag racing and NASCAR racing.
Those who knew Jimmy will always remember his smile and cruising Garrettsville in his scooter.
Survivors include his sisters Linda (Thomas) Matota and Betty Anderson both of Garrettsville, Mary (J.D.) Cox of Arizona and his brother Joe (Phyllis) Everman of Florida, as well as his loving nieces, nephews and those family members and friends who appreciated his life and special way with them.
No calling hours. A private family graveside service at Fairview Cemetery in Hiram is being held.
Arrangements are by the Green Family Funeral Home & Crematory Service in Mantua.
