Julianne “Julie” Wood, 64 years of age, passed away Friday November 6, 2020. Born in Garfield Hts., Ohio on March 10, 1956, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Anne (Scaraville ) Budzik. Formerly of Parma, Julie had been a Mantua area resident since 1976. She had been employed for several years at Jimmy D’S where she was well known for her smile and “unique personality”. Memories of her love of dancing, cooking, and entertaining family and friends will forever be cherished. On October 18, 1986, she married John M. “Woodi” Wood, who preceded her in death on April 15, 2014. Julie is survived by her devoted children Dale ( Glenn Goldney ) Kotrilk, Jr. of Sagamore Hills, and Justin Kotrlik of Mantua; her dear siblings Jimmy (Kathy) Smith of Madison, Ohio, Johnny (Lora) Smith of Dunedin, Florida, Gayle (Jim ) Moore of Streetsboro, Sharon (Al) Twardzik of Strongsville and Janet (Rick) Humphrey of North Olmsted. Julie is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and other family members. No calling hours. Private family memorial service will be held.
