Katie Lee Janson's Obituary
SHALERSVILLE Katie Lee "Katie-did" Janson, 19 years of age of Shalersville, became Our Gift to God on Wednesday June 10, 2009 at Akron Children's Hospital. Katie was God's Gift to Us on April 20, 1990 in Ashtabula, Ohio the daughter of David H. and Clarece J. (Secoy) Janson. Katie was a resident of the Hattie Larlham Center since 1995 and was a graduate of Crestwood School System. She enjoyed country music and watching wrestling on T.V., and will be remembered for her strong personality and as her sister Crystal often said of her... Katie did it!!! She is survived by her mother and step-father Clarece June (Dean) Jones of Ashtabula, father David H. Janson of Rock Creek, her sisters Crystal Perfetto of Kentucky and Justin and Tiffani Janson of Rock Creek, her grandmother and grandfather Betty Hamb and George Oakford, aunt Marilyn Countryman and uncles Tim and Chuck Countryman all of Rock Creek and her many loving family members at Hattie's. She was preceded in death by her grand-parents Jessie and Harold Janson. Calling hours will be Sunday June 14, 2009 from 2:00-4:00 P.M. at the Green Family Funeral Home & Crematory Service in Mantua, where a Celebration of Life Service for Katie will begin at 4:00 P.M. Katie will be laid to rest privately.
