Keith Hartman's Obituary
GARRETTSVILLE George Keith Hartman passed away peacefully on February 2, 2017. Known to most as Keith, he was born on November 11, 1941, in Wymer, West Virginia, to Wade and Brycie (Lambert) Hartman,Sr. His family moved to this area during his youth, and he graduated from James A. Garfield High School in 1959. Formerly the Superintendent of Village Services in Garrettsville, in his retirement he enjoyed spending time with family and friends. He attended Life Church Assembly of God. Keith is survived by his wife, Mary (Fairbee) Hartman, who he married in June 1960, and their sons, Robert (Linda) of Freedom, Richard (Nancy) of Atwater, Ronald (Amy) of Garrettsville, and Ryan (Marjie) of Freedom , and their daughter, Rachael of Garrettsville. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Joshua, Elisha, Jonathan, Emily, Nathaniel, Leanne, Bryan, Christopher, Melanie, Tyler, Alec, and Kelly, as well as great-grandchildren Preston and Matthew. He is also survived by his siblings Mary Rohrbaugh of Nelson, Tom (Violet) Hartman of Windham, Wade Jr. (Carol) Hartman of Streetsboro, Judy McDowell of Garrettsville, and Vella (Gary) Shay of Windham. He also leaves behind his beloved dogs, Gus and Louie. He was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers. Following Keith?s wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no services. Burial will take place at a later date in Park Cemetery.
