Lee B. Zuver's Obituary
HIRAMLee. B. Zuver, 62 years of age of Hiram, passed away unexpectedly Friday December 18, 2009, at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, West Virginia. Lee was born on February 25, 1947 in Tucson, Arizona, the son of the late Brownlee and Gladys (Brewster) Zuver. A resident of the Hiram area since 1950, he was the owner of Flightcraft Machining in Garrettsville the past 24 years. Lee held memberships in the Hiram Christian Church and EEA Chapter No. 117 in Braceville. He was a U.S Air Force veteran of the Vietnam Era. Lee had always enjoyed airplanes, loved to fly and held a varied interest in the Civil War that included trips to Gettysburg with his family and family vacations to the Outer Banks of North Carolina. On June 5, 1982, he married Roberta (Killey) Zuver of Hiram who survives at their home. Also surviving are his children Paul and Matt Zuver of Hiram and Barrie (Jeff) Barker serving in the U.S. Army in Afghanistan; his brother Audley Zuver of Hiram and sisters Rebekah Doggett of Hiram and Karen Zuver of Windham. No calling hours. Cremation has been held. A memorial service to Celebrate His Life will be held Thursday December 24, 2009 at 11:00 A.M. at the Hiram Christian Church with Rev. Roger McKinney officiating. Arrangements are by the Green Family Funeral Home & Crematory Service in Mantua.
