SHALERSVILLE,
Lisa Ann Huffman, 52 years of age of Shalersville, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, November 8, 2022 at UH-Portage Medical Center in Ravenna. Born in Cleveland, Ohio on September 27, 1970, she was the daughter of the late Gerald and Mary (Sillican) Nemeth. A graduate of Aurora High School, Lisa had resided in Shalersville the past 8 years, and formerly lived in Mantua. She had been employed at the Hattie Larlham Foundation, Aurora Manor, and The Cleaning Agent in Aurora. Lisa enjoyed gardening, plants, animals and was very patriotic to her country. Lisa and her devoted husband Roy, truly loved their times together, especially the road trips to scenic places they would take. On June 6, 2001, she married her loving husband Roy N. Huffman, Jr. who survives at home. Her brother Jerry (Sonya) Nemeth of S. Carolina, her mother-in-law Velma Huffman of Aurora, sisters-in-law Tina (Thad) Bosman of Hudson, Lorie (Rob) White of Deerfield, Crystal (Tom) Chevrier of Aurora, Taryn (Mat) Huffman of Colorado; brothers-in-law Raymond (Lisa) Huffman of Parma, Randy (Wendi) Huffman of Mantua, and Rodney (Dawn) Huffman of Tennessee, as well as many nieces and nephews, and her four legged child “Beeman" all survive. Her father-in-law Roy N. Huffman, Sr. preceded her in death. Calling hours will be Friday, November 11, 2022 from 4:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. at The Green Family Funeral Home & Crematory Service, 4668 Pioneer Trail, at the corner of St. Rt. 44, Mantua, Ohio, 44255, where her funeral service will be held Saturday, November 12, 2022 at 11:00 A.M. Officiating will be Pastor Robert Henderson. Final resting place will follow at Riverside Cemetery in Shalersville.
