Lucille H. Brodzinski's Obituary
CHAGRIN FALLS Lucille H. Brodzinski, 75 years of age, a resident of the Chagrin Falls and Auburn areas the past 38 years, passed away Monday August 30, 2010 at University Hospitals-Geauga Medical Center in Claridon Township, Ohio. Born on January 26, 1935 in Cleveland, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Michael and Helen (Penner) Samardge.A homemaker, Lucy was a "Mom" to many and an " Aunt "to everyone else. She will always be remembered for her love and devotion to all of her family and the inspiration that she provided to all who were blessed to know her in their lifetime. On November 14, 1955, she married Anthony C. (Tony) Brodzinski who survives at their home. Also surviving are her children Anthony M. " Micky " Brodzinski of Auburn, Lorie Arena of Jupiter, Florida and Kelie Matthews of Port Charlotte, Florida; and her sisters Virginia Fox of Streetsboro and Carol Hilliard of Erin, Tennessee. She was preceded in death by her brother Chester Kisley and sister Audrey Duda. No Calling hours. Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday September 3, 2010 2:00 P.M. at St. Helen's Catholic Church, 12060 Kinsman Rd. ( Rt. 87 ) Newbury with Rev. Jay McPhillips officiating. Mrs. Brodzinski will be laid to rest at Shadyside Cemetery in Auburn Township. Arrangements are by the Green Family Funeral Home & Crematory Service in Mantua.
