Margie Evans' Obituary
FORT PIERCE, FLORIDAMargie " Maw" Evans, 80 years of age, passed away Tuesday June 28, 2011 at her residence in Fort Pierce surrounded by her loving family. Margie was born January 26, 1931 in Wabash, Indiana the daughter of the late Frederick and Opal (Adams) Easterday. Formerly a resident of Akron, Ohio, she moved to Florida 22 years age. Margie retired from Hygenic Dental in Akron, and was a member of Anytime Church in Port St. Lucie. On February 8, 1969, she married Bill Evans who survives at their home. Also surviving are her daughters Sandra ( Joseph) Orlando former longtime longtime Akron and Ravenna, Ohio residents presently residing in Fort Pierce and Lisa (Richard) Porth also of Fort Pierce, sons Steve Snyder of Franklin, Indiana, Todd (Cindy) Evans and Cole (Tammy) Evans both of Fort Pierce, brother Thurman Easterday of North Manchester, Indiana and 10 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her son Kim Evans and granddaughter Shana Evans. Memorial contributions are suggested to Treasure Coast Hospice, 5000 Dunn Road, Fort Pierce, Florida 34981. Entombment for Margie will take place on Tuesday July5, 2011 11:00 A.M. at Northlawn Memorial Gardens in Peninsula, Ohio with closing words of reflection. Arrangements are by the Green Family Funeral Home & Crematory Service in Mantua, Ohio.
