MANTUA –STREETSBORO
Mary E. Moravec, 86 years of age, passed away Sunday July 7, 2019. Born in Pierce, West Virginia on August 19, 1932, she was the daughter of the late Lorenzo and Edith (Whisner) Mellott. A longtime Mantua area resident, she had resided in Streetsboro since 2012, and was a member of Full Gospel House of Prayer in Streetsboro. Mary had been employed as a welder at Bird Electronics in Solon from where she retired. Mary loved growing Hosta’s having over 200, working in her yard, cleaning her house, and will also be remembered as a true animal lover. She is survived by her devoted daughters Donna (Donald) Hintz, Janet (Jerry) Strong and Vickie Disman, all of Mantua; her dear sisters Wanda (Ralph) Conley of Avon, Ohio and Norma Breedlove of North Carolina; 9 loving grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by the Love of Her Life Glenn R. Moravec on November 11, 2012, her devoted son Edward Alan Sell and dear brother Edward Mellott. No calling hours. Funeral services will be Monday July 15, 2019 at the Green Family Funeral Home & Crematory Service, 4668 Pioneer Trail at the corner of St. Rt. 44, Mantua, Ohio 44255, at 2:00 P.M. Officiating will be Pastor Darrel Libengood.Final resting place will follow at Westlawn Cemetery, Mantua Township, Ohio. FAMILY REQUESTS NO FLOWERS PLEASE.
