MANTUA
Michael E. Laufman, 51 years of age, passed away Friday March 9, 2018. Born in Cleveland, Ohio on July 13, 1966, he was the son of the late Bruce and June (Ellis) Laufman. Formerly of Twinsburg, he had been a Portage County resident the past 5 years. Michael was a 1984 graduate of Brunswick High School, and had been employed as a cabinet maker of several years. A truly gifted man with his cooking abilities, he also enjoyed playing the guitar and watching football. He is survived by his children Michael Laufman, Jr. and Mackenzie Laufman, and his former wife Marybeth Laufman all of Twinsburg; brother Bruce Laufman of Brunswick, and his best friend Jeremy Johnson of Mantua. Visitation will be Friday March 16, 2018 at the Green Family Funeral Home & Crematory Service, 4668 Pioneer Trail at the corner of St.Rt. 44, Mantua, Ohio 442355, from 5:00 P.M.-6:30 P.M. where a brief service will follow at 6:30 P.M. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to his children to assist with their continued education.
