I worked with Nancy at the library when I was a college student. My desk was right next to hers. Nancy was always so kind and encouraging, always smiling. She gave me a little wooden horse Christmas ornament with a card that said, "When you look at this, please rememer me." And I always have, with a smile. I will never forget her.
