Nora May Moyto's Obituary
Nora May Moyto, of Shalersville Twp., passed away peacefully, Thursday, July 10, 2025, after a courageous battle with dementia. Born on January 7, 1951, in Bedford, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Robert and May (Heichert) Erb. Nora married her beloved husband, Frank Moyto, on July 14, 1978. Their union was a testament to love over 46 years of marriage.
The couple was blessed with a daughter, Sonya Campbell, who, along with her wonderful husband Paul, brought immeasurable joy to Nora's life. Nora's role as a grandmother to Mikayla Campbell (fiancé Dylan Belloir) and Austin Campbell (Carlie Lee) was one she cherished deeply.
Nora is survived by siblings, Lynn DeSalvo, Robert Erb, and the late Jean Gray, Sherry Krawulski, and Steve Erb. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, mother-in-law, sister, friend and aunt, touching the lives of all who knew her.
Throughout her life, Nora embraced the simple joys that each day offered. She found joy and beauty in her flower gardens and her culinary skills were a source of delight for family and friends. In the early years, Nora and Frank's cabin was a place of peace and togetherness , a place where memories were made and cherished.
Nora had great enthusiasm for rearranging furniture in their home .
Nora approached life with a thoughtful and loving demeanor, always considering the feelings and needs of others before her own. Her beloved dog Frankie was a constant companion and gave unconditional love that Nora loved so deeply.
Nora's legacy is one of love, kindness, and thoughtfulness. Her life was a reflection of the values she held dear, and her memory will continue to be a guiding light. As we bid farewell to Nora May Moyto, we celebrate a life well-lived and a heart well-loved.
She will be deeply missed, yet her spirit will remain with us always.
Honoring Nora's wishes, cremation will take place and no services will be held.
