RAVENNA TWP.Orval H. Doak,Jr., 62 years of age, passed away Monday August 6,2012 at University Hospitals Bedford Medical Campus in Bedford,Ohio. Born in Ravenna,Ohio on November 8,1949, he was the son of the late Orval H. and Carmine (Almaso) Doak,Sr. Mr. Doak was retired from Communications Data Company as an engineer. No calling hours or services per his request. Arrangements are by the Green Family Funeral Home & Crematory Service in Mantua.
