Dear Ricky Poo,I did not have a chance to say good-bye—you were loved.You brought laughter and the presence of life to everyone who met you. Yes ~ you were present and accounted for in this life.Although you didn’t think life was fair, you kept showing up for it (from day to day).You believed in hard work and living each moment in the present ~ I will miss that special quality about you. You never took yourself too seriously either!You were a life force to be reckoned with, you lived and loved in the moment. Your children meant the world to you and through them your legacy will live.Yes ~ you made mistakes, but we all have made them. Some you came back from and some not.You often showed loved through your craft of building. You took discarded things and created beautiful works of arts. You could see the beauty in things that most people were oblivious too.Your enormous personality was a lot to behold. “You were large and in charge” - (only weighing a buck 50)…but your personality outweighed anything you lacked in quantifiable weight! J, my mom, and I will truly miss you! We will remember you as you were. We will love you as you were! You were a one-of-a kind!I am so grateful for the chance to have met you and to have loved you.
