Robert R. Galloway's Obituary
AURORA-MANTUA Robert R. Galloway, 75 years of age, became Our Gift to God on Friday November 30, 2012 at his residence comforted by his loving family. Bob was God's Gift to Us on September 17, 1937, in Clay County, North Carolina. Formerly of Cleveland, he had been a resident of the Aurora- Mantua areas since 1973. Bob was a loyal employee of Ford Motor Company, Walton Hills Stamping Plant, retiring in 1999 after 40 years of service. Bob's devotion to God was sustained as a dedicated member of His Ministry, where he was head usher, a member of the Gospel Team and Visitation Staff, as well as always being available to assist his church in any manner called upon. On June 15, 1957, he married his beloved wife Joyce C. (Mladek) Galloway who survives at their home. Also surviving are his devoted sons Robert M. (Denise) Galloway of Streetsboro and David B. (Michelle) Galloway of Aurora, brothers Gary (Barb) Manning of Indianapolis, Indiana and Larry (Carol) Manning of Brunswick, Ohio, his loving grandchildren Amanda, Adam, Alyssa, Ashley, Amy, Michael and Thomas and great-grandchildren Kala, Emma, Ava and Jordon. The memory of Robert Galloway will forever be that of a loving, warm hearted gentleman whose smile was as wide and deep as his love for God and family. Calling hours will be Wednesday December 5, 2012 from 4:00 P.M.-6:00 P.M. at His Ministry, 3051 State Route 82, Aurora, Ohio where his Celebration of Life service will begin at 6:00 P.M. with Pastor James Atkins officiating. Bob will be laid to rest on Thursday December 6, 2012 at 10:00 A.M. at Westlawn Cemetery in Mantua Township. (Procession will form at the church 9:30 A.M.)
