Robert Rizzo
December 3, 1981 – February 19, 2026
Robert Rizzo, known to many as "Bobby or Bob", passed away on February 19, 2026, at age 44, with his cousin Jackie Scott at his side. He was born in Cleveland and spent most of his life in Shalersville. Later, he fulfilled a longtime dream of having a quiet place of his own, settling in a peaceful countryside home in Alliance.
Bobby found joy in simple things: riding his lawnmower, tinkering with gadgets, listening to music, fishing, watching football, he was a Pittsburg Steelers fan, loved dogs, and enjoying a good meal. He deeply loved and missed his mother, Josephine Rizzo, his devoted caretaker who passed in 2021.
He is survived by his cousins, who will remember his gentle spirit and quiet way of moving through life.
May he be held in peace, reunited with those he loved, and surrounded by light and rest. May memories of him bring comfort to all who carry him in their hearts.
