WINDHAM
Ronald Carter, 46 years of age, passed away Wednesday, October 13, 2021. Ron was born at Ravenna, Ohio on June 29, 1976, the son of the late Roscoe and Jackie (McCauley) Carter. A longtime resident of Windham, he had been a 1995 graduate of Windham High School. He had been employed at KraftMaid in Middlefield prior to moving to Blue Springs, Missouri in 2016. Ron enjoyed riding his 4-wheeler, and especially spending time with his family. He is survived by his sister Malinda (Tim Gear) Carter of Garrettsville, brother Rob (Debbie) Carter of Missouri, nephew Dustin Carter, nieces Becka Loftus, and Rachel Loftus, great nephew Owen Emiren, great-nieces Khloe and Kali, and numerous other family and friends from the Windham and Garrettsville areas. No calling hours. A graveside funeral service will be held Saturday, November 13, 2021, 2:00 P.M. at Windham Township Cemetery, where he will be laid to rest beside his parents. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Gina Moore for taking such good care of Ronnie.
