Rose was a very dear friend. We will miss her stories and talks. We very much enjoyed the time we had with Rose at work and after her retirement. Rose had a mind of her own and was always willing to give her opinion and was honest about it too. She always had a smile no matter how much pain she was in or if she was having a bad day. We will always remember Rose's long nails and long, flowing hair. She always tried to maintain her girlish figure. One night at work, she had saran wrap around her midsection because she thought she was gaining weight due to her button popping off her pants. If you were a smoker, when Rose was, she would know every spot to hide and smoke on Campus. When they banned smoking on Campus,Rose would sit on the window ledge to blow her smoke out the window. They weren't going to tell her what she could do. Rose finally gave up smoking, but always kept an unlit cigarette in her hand. We are so proud that she gave it up! She was entertaining and quite a delight to All who knew her. Rose will always will be missed and very much loved. Enjoy your time with your family in Heaven because we know you were looking forward to being with them, and most of all, Jesus! Much Love from your work family at Kent State!
