Rudolph "Rudy" Linhart, Jr's Obituary
AURORA Rudolph "Rudy" Linhart, Jr., 86 years of age, a resident of the Aurora area the past 49 years, passed away Wednesday September 16, 2009 at the Hospice of The Western Reserve in Cleveland. Born on June 18, 1923 in Dillonville, Ohio he was the son of the late Rudolph and Mary (Carr) Linhart, Sr. Mr. Linhart was the operator of Linhart Sohio in Bedford Hts., following which he operated Sohio and Falcon Gas Stations in Twinsburg. He was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church in Aurora. Mr. Linhart was an active member of the Ravenna Field Trail Club. On June 30, 1951 he married Helen F. (Kendzor) Linhart who survives at their home. Also surviving is his brother Robert Linhart of Garfield Hts. and many loving nieces and nephews. No calling hours. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Mass will be Friday September 18, 2009 at 10:00 A.M. at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church in Aurora with the Rev. Fr. Joseph Witmer officiating. Friends are invited to join with his family at a luncheon following the mass at the church. Arrangements are by the Green Family Funeral Home & Crematory Service in Mantua.
