Veronica Marie Turpel's Obituary
Veronica Marie "Miss V." Turpel, age 13 of Shalersville Twp., passed away unexpectedly, Friday, June 14, 2024 after a tragic automobile accident. She was born on September 10, 2010 in Ravenna, Ohio to Martin James and Janna Marie (Ramsey) Turpel.
Veronica was a very spirited soul. She loved singing, arts, dancing to Native American music, being a social butterfly, laughing and running and being with her friends. She had a special fondness for animals and enjoyed being in the outdoors and camping. She was a proud Crestwood Red Devil and just completed her 7th Grade Year. Veronica loved aggravating her family to get their attention, but she truly wore her heart on her sleeve and never missed an opportunity to say "I love you".
Along with her parents, Veronica leaves behind her siblings, Michelle Campo, Karissa Tussler (Zack), Matthew Turpel, Mason Turpel, Margaret Turpel and Alexandria Turpel; Papa Sherman Ramsey; Mama Jenna Stevens and Papa John Stevens; Aunt Misty Larson; her 5 nieces and nephews, Navara, Kealynn, Cameron, Andrew and Lianna, of whom she took pride in being an aunt and best friend to; as well as countless cousins and friends.
Family and friends may gather for visitation on Thursday, June 20, 2024 at Green Funeral Care, 4668 Pioneer Trail, (at the corner of St. Rt. 44), Mantua from 4-7 p.m. followed by Words of Remembrance to be shared at 7 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory at the funeral home to help offset her funeral expenses.
