MANTUA
Victoria M. Toothman, 67 years of age, passed away Monday September 20, 2021 at UH-Portage Medical Center in Ravenna, Ohio. Born in Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania on February 17, 1954, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Helen (Ardelji) Sobona. A 1972 graduate of Maple Hts. High School, Mrs. Toothman then moved to the Mantua area where she has resided the past 44 years. She presently had been employed as a retail merchandiser for Crossmark. She was a member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Mantua. Camping, maintaining her beautiful flower garden were things she enjoyed doing, yet most importantly were the times she spent with her 4 grandchildren, and her family, creating lasting memories which forever will be cherished by those who remain. Victoria also had an extensive collection of Angel pins, and of Lite Houses which could be found both inside her home, as well as outside the family residence. On July 20, 1974, she married her beloved husband William L. Toothman who survives at their home. Also surviving are her devoted sons Timothy (Katie) Toothman of Streetsboro, and Kevin (Debra) Toothman of Chesterland; her dear sisters Sandra Schuman of Oakwood Village, Kathy (Ronald) Jasinski of Freedom Twp., and Linda Embrescia of Maple Hts.; and her loving grandchildren, Josh, Amy, Jeremy, and Samuel. Memorial visitation will be held Saturday October 2, 2021 at the Green Family Funeral Home & Crematory Service, 4668 Pioneer Trail at the corner of St. Rt. 44, Mantua, Ohio 44255, from 2:00 P.M.-3:45 P.M., where a Celebration of Life Service will then begin with Rev. Edward Stafford officiating. Due to current COVID health conditions, visitors are encouraged to use necessary precautions for the safety of all. Final resting place will be at a later date at Westlawn Cemetery, Mantua Twp., Ohio. Her video tribute, condolences, and memories may be viewed at www.greenfamilyfuneralhome.com.
