Willard D. Webb's Obituary
HIRAM RAPIDS - Willard D. Webb, 78 years of age of Hiram Rapids, passed away on Sunday March 29, 2009 at his residence with his loving and devoted family by his side. Mr. Webb was born on November 14, 1930 in Massillon, Ohio the son of the late Sam and Mary (Courim) Webb. A truck driver for Keystone Freight, he retired in 2005. Mr. Webb was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean Conflict. He enjoyed watching old Western's, gambling, was a football and Cleveland Indians fan and spending special time with his grandchildren. On August 7, 1982 he married Judy J. (Kieselbach) Webb who survives at their home. Also surviving are his daughters, Michelle (David) Wilfong of Cortland, Melissa (Willis) White of Hiram and Mitzi (Mark) Miller of West Farmington; sister, Betty Long of Oakview, California; sister-in-law, Betty Webb of Massillon and his loving grandchildren, Nicole, Cora, Devin, Megan, Autumn, Loren, Lindsay and Billie Marie. He will be sadly missed by many other nieces, nephews and close friends. He was preceded in death by his brother, Eugene "Bud" Webb. No calling hours. Cremation has been held. A memorial service for Mr.Webb will be Saturday April 11, 2009 at 1:00 P.M. at the Hiram Rapids Church. He will be laid to rest at Riverside Cemetery in Hiram Rapids. Arrangements are by the Green Family Funeral Home & Crematory Service in Mantua.
