Cm Haas
My heartfelt condolences go out to the Franc family.
Bill was a hero in service to our country, and he was my hero.
He shared with me his enthusiasm for politics and taught me how to refinish a table! He met challenges with courage and resiliency.
I cherish many memories, from sharing quiet dinners to watching the Cavs; from exploring the sights around Pleasant Hill Lake to listening to concerts and enjoying hot fudge sundaes on the banks of the Black River.
I’ll never forget the day we discovered that area on one of our many lakefront drives as we tried to choose which house we would buy (once he won the lottery!). I think, in a way, a marina waterfront condo chose us when residents waved as we drove around. We seemed to belong there and he was so at home near the water, music, and boats.
He was my companion and partner without fail. He often joined me on my work route, and I can still hear him singing the lyrics he made up to rhyme with my GPS directions. He lightened my days with his quick wit and creativity.
I am so grateful I was able to have this time with him. He will be deeply missed and I will carry him in my heart with love “Forever + 1” - CMHaas
