A man who truly loved to coach the kids. Although we competed against each other, it was always marked on my calendar as a game I looked forward to, because of Coach Phelps. He praised our players as much as his own. My son always admired this man, coach as much as I did. Thank you Bill for all you did for the youth not only in Garrettsville but surrounding communities.
