Dagmar and I have had many great times together, I first met her when she walked into the adult sewing class I was teaching at Maplewood JVS. She was in her 70's at that time and carried her new Singer sewing machine into the class. She had a wonderful smile and a loving heart. She also was feisty. I rode my Harley to her home and we visited often. Her little Jack Russel terrier would cry and spin when I left. Dagmar would say be sure to beep the horn!!! My most special time with her was sitting on her front swing singing gospel hymns as the Lord filled our hearts with peace and joy as we praised him together. After church I would stop and bring her the program for that Sunday and read the Epistles and Gospel verses. She truly loved the Lord and I'm sure we will meet in heaven again someday. God bless her daughter Judy and granddaughter Jennifer, and may the Lord fill your hearts with laughter too as you remember the good times you shared.
Love,
Ellen Pridemore
