Gary A. Roman's Obituary
MANTUA Gary A. Roman, 69 years of age, passed away Saturday July 15, 2017 at his residence. Gary was born on July 10, 1948 in Cleveland, Ohio the son of the late Steven and Bonnie (Benedum) Roman. A lifetime resident of Mantua, he was a 1966 graduate of Crestwood School System. He had been employed by the City of Solon prior to his retirement. Gary proudly served his country during the Vietnam Era, and was honorably discharged with the rank of Sargent. He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed bird watching. Survivors include his daughters Erin (Michael) Herbold and Rae Ann Spence, and his sister Rikki Haas of Ravenna. No calling hours or services. Per his wished cremation will take place. Arrangements are by the Green Family Funeral Home & Crematory Service in Mantua.
