My Deepest Condolences to the Mendiola Family. George & I grew on in Baronwood Estates (Sabin Dr.) Despite George being 10 years older than me, I had a crush on him as a child. He lived much further down the street & every time he’d drive by if I was outside, he’d smile & wave at me with an occasional wink (I think he knew about my crush) & in return if I was out riding my bike & pass by his house, I’d also smile & wave at him if he was outside. George was a Great, Sweet Guy & will be missed…

George was definitely the funniest person I ever knew. I know he loved Laurie (aka Louie) and was very proud of his family. No one could tell a story better than George. I am going to miss his friendly smile and genuine wave as I drive past his house and see him relaxing on his beautiful porch. George will definitely be missed but never forgotten.
