We are saddened by hearing of Jim's suffering and passing. Jim and Rhonda were some of the first friends we made when moving to Mantua 15 years ago. We shared many happy times together. Jim kept us captivated by his stories of his many life adventures. He was a dear friend with a heart of gold. He will be sadly missed. Our condolences to Rhonda and his whole family. Rest in paradise my friend.

This was probably back in 1964 maybe. Jim and my dad built our home and the driveway was not completely done. I was walking down the driveway to Catch the school bus and for some reason I walked right into a puddle and I stood there and Jim came out and carried me back in the house. I never forgot that. Rest in peace Jim
